Duolingo でスペイン語を始めて1年と5ヶ月近く
そして先日マイルストーンのスコア50に到達しました！
見たところ160まではあるようなのでまだまだ3分の1未満です
私は日本国内の資格である「スペイン語検定3級」は持っているので
だんだんそのレベルに近づいてきた、というところですね
前も言いましたが、Duolingo は、文法を忘れないための
補助教材という位置付けです
400日連続記録達成時のブログでも書きましたが。。。
有料版のsuperを使っているマジ＆ガチな方がフォロー
してくれたのですが、その方はいつも私がスコアなり、何か
達成した時にはいつもお祝いのアクションをしてくれます
毎週のフレンズクエストはいつの頃からか彼が固定の
パートナーになりました。チャレンジをクリアすると
お互い特別な報酬がもらえるのですが
青の部分が私です（汗）私が12レッスンしかしていないのに
彼は38レッスンもこなしています。毎週こんな感じで申し訳ない…
私はずっとフリーライダー状態なのです
で、感謝の気持ちを示すためにフレンズクエストの期間中
XPブーストのギフトを贈るのですが、そうすると彼もまた私に
ギフトを贈ってくれるのですよ。本当にいい人じゃありませんか
しかもこのフレンズクエストも19週連続記録更新中です
もし彼が何らかの事情でレッスンが出来ない時、今度は私が
がんばる番です！
さらにいつ始まったのか記憶にないのですが、
フレンドストリークといって、共に連続学習記録を
更新し続けよう！というチャレンジもあるんですよ
その記録もなんと私たちは125日を過ぎました。
4ヶ月以上どちらも欠けることなく毎日レッスンを続けているのですね
フレンドストリークとしてはわりと長い方だと思います
私のせいで途絶えるわけにはいかない！って強く思うんですよ
こんないい人ガッカリさせたくないじゃないですか！
自分の記録というよりは、もはやこっちのほうが重要！
もちろんストリークフリーズを使えることは分かっていますが
めんどくさかったからやらなかった、というのは
自分に負けた気がしてイヤだなあ〜
こんなふうにお互いを高めあえるパートナーが
できるとは思ってもみませんでした。まだ
コメントを交わしたことはありませんが…
もし、彼が投資や仮想通貨の儲け話を持ちかけてきたら
速攻でフォロー解除しますけどねっ（笑）
I’ve been learning Spanish on Duolingo for almost a year and five months, and the other day I reached the milestone score of 50!
From what I’ve seen, the levels go up to 160, so I’m still not even a third of the way there.
I do have the Grade 3 Certificate of Spanish Proficiency (a qualification in Japan),
so I’d say I’m gradually getting closer to that level.
As I mentioned before, I see Duolingo more as a supplementary tool to help me keep my grammar fresh

A seriously dedicated learner using the paid Super plan started following me,
and whenever I reach a milestone or achieve something, he always celebrates it with me.
At some point, he also became my regular partner for the weekly Friends Quest.
When we complete a challenge together, we both get special rewards.
The blue part is me (yikes). While I only completed 12 lessons, he managed to get through 38.
It’s like this every week, and I can’t help but feel a bit guilty…
I’ve basically been a free rider all along
To show my appreciation, I send him an XP Boost gift during the Friends Quest,
and then he sends a gift back to me as well. Isn’t he just the nicest person?
What’s more, we’ve kept up our Friends Quest streak for 19 weeks in a row now.
And if there ever comes a time when he can’t do his lessons for some reason,
then it’ll be my turn to step up!
I can’t even remember when it started, but there’s also something called a Friend Streak—
a challenge to keep up our daily learning records together.
And would you believe it, we’ve already passed 125 days!
That means for over four months, neither of us has missed a single day of lessons.
I think that’s actually quite a long streak for a Friend Streak
I just can’t let the streak end because of me!
I don’t want to disappoint such a great person.
At this point, it’s less about my own record and more about keeping this going together!
Of course I know I could use a Streak Freeze,
but not using it just because I was too lazy would feel like losing to myself — and I really don’t like that!
I never imagined I’d have a partner with whom we could motivate each other like this.
We haven’t even exchanged comments yet…
Of course, if he ever tried to pitch me some investment or crypto scheme, I’d unfollow him in a heartbeat! (lol)
